Tara talks about California’s homeless. Well, I moved from New York to California in 2013. And of course I noticed there were far more homeless in California than there were in NY. The different between the two states is there’re lots of lifelines/programs for the homeless, mentally ill and people on drugs in New York. Nevertheless life seems to be much easies for the unsheltered homeless in California, because of Los Angles great weather. The homeless in NY needs shelter in the winter months or they will surely die…I believe when California comes up with a solution to their homeless crisis.
